Privacy Policy

Last updated · 18 June 2026

This policy explains how CREODOT ("Creodot", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

The data controller is CREODOT, 18 Chemin du Vallon des Fourches, 13500 Martigues, France.

01Data we collect

This is a static marketing website. We do not run sign-up forms, accounts or e-commerce, and we collect as little data as possible:

  • Data you give us directly — when you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data — when you load the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server-log data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to deliver the page.

02Why we use it and legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiries and discuss potential work — legal basis: your request / steps prior to a contract.
  • To operate, secure and maintain the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, functional site.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations where applicable — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

03Cookies and tracking

The website may use optional marketing pixels from providers such as Meta, TikTok and Google to measure campaigns and build retargeting audiences. These pixels load only after you accept marketing cookies.

If you decline, we keep the site functional and do not load advertising pixels. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's local storage or browser data, then choosing Decline when asked again.

04Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site — primarily our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. — and only as needed to provide the service. Where a provider is located outside the EU, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and thereafter only as required to meet legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host for security purposes.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights, or withdraw any consent, at any time.

To do so, email hello@creodot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

07Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The site is served over HTTPS.

08Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.

09Contact

For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@creodot.com.
